HOW TO ORDER

If you like to order any product, please send us an email with the following information: 

 

Product reference

Quantity 

Delivery address 

Name 

Email ​

Phone number

After confirmation of product availability, we will send you our bank details or MBWAY info and we will send it after receiving payment confirmation. ​

 

Delivery: 

Depending on the availability, products may be ready to deliver or take up to 2-3 weeks

Shippment worldwide, in hand or via CTT.

Payment methods: 

Payment can be done using bank transfer or MBWAY.

Returns: 

Only item that is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect for reasons due to our mistake can be refunded or replaced. 

 

Any item qualified for a refund that is declared more than 3 days after delivery, will not be refunded. 

 

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email our customer service, here, no later than 3 days after the delivery, including your order number, and all details about the issue you’re experiencing in your message. YEMNA will arrange for a replacement or refund of your item, and any shipping costs you have supported.

 

 

• Incorrect Merchandise

If you received an item that was different from what you ordered on www.theroomconcept.com, please email our customer service here, no later than 3 days after the delivery. We will happily replace or will refund the item for you. In some cases, we may ask you to take a picture of the item you received and send it to us so we can notify the concerned service.

 

 

• Damaged Merchandise

On the rare chance that an item you ordered arrived damaged, please keep all the packing materials as you received them, and then please email us here at least 3 day after the delivery. It may also be helpful to take a few pictures of the package or the item so that we can see exactly what happened. The Room will arrange for a replacement of any item found to be damaged upon arrival within 30 days after you received it.

 

• Refunds (if applicable)

Once you send the request. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 or 4 weeks. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

The shipping of the return item is a cost of the customer.
